Vampire academy opened it all up. It wasn't exciting at the end really though. The end of frost bite and shadow kiss was better

Whereas with movies, the sequels seldom live up to the fame of the originals.

And of course, it can work either way....

Also, books that are turned into movies almost NEVER fit expectations- you can't satisfy everyone!

Do you know what's weird?
When I think of the VA books, I can't distinguish between them in my mind. I have to focus on them to remember what happened in each individual book.
Maybe, because it was the same sort of them through all of them (Strigoi are dangerous, Lissa is going mad, Dimitri is soooo hot) or maybe it's because I read them all in a day...
